Build log

Every version of the Command Center build instructions: what was added and what changed. Newest first.

Version 1.6 · 23.10.2026 Current

Added

  • Freshness label on every page (“updated N min ago”, “data is not fresh”), and a visible mismatch flag when two sources disagree.
  • Daily audit of every open task and card against conversations, decisions, publish logs and live links; obsolete items bundled into one card for your yes.
  • Rule 20: stuck tasks go back to their owner, never into your queue.
  • Rule 21: already-published guard. Publish cards for items that are already live are hidden and closed with the live link.
  • Rule 22: reading mail is read-only (never marks as read, moves or replies).
  • Rule 23: safer login. Token only through the login form, session expiry, origin check, no framing.

Changed

  • Version line and date on the page and in the file.

What we added to our own Command Center since 1.5: a Social Media Performance view, YouTube Analytics in the video panel, a read-only Connections view for outreach, project dashboards for local campaigns, and freshness badges on every menu.

Version 1.5 · 15.10.2026

Added

  • Every decision card must stand alone: project, what it is about, the problem, concrete options with consequences, a recommendation and what happens next. Cards missing any of it are rejected.
Version 1.4 · 14.10.2026

Added

  • Six new rules for decision cards: no repeat cards, verified before we say they are there, and every linked file must open.
  • Unanswered-question catcher added as a required module.

Changed

  • The page shows the current file version (15.10).
Version 1.3 · 13.10.2026

Changed

  • Clearer setup steps and privacy limits: the assistant asks before connecting each platform, uses only access you already granted, and shows a proposed structure before it builds.
First release · 13.10.2026

Added

  • Free instruction file your Grok Bot agent uses to build a personal Command Center around your projects and priorities, with an explainer video.
