How it works
Cause, action, visible result
Every piece of work in Teamulate follows the same closed loop: a trigger, a validated input, an owner, an action, independent QA, an approval where required, controlled execution, measurement and a next action. Here is the full journey from your business context to a measured outcome.
The operating model
Eight stages, one cadence
Select a stage to see what happens in it.
Stage 1 of 8
Business context
Onboarding produces the working memory of your department: a Business Context Profile, ICP & Segment Map, Positioning & Message Map, Channel & Funnel Baseline, Integration & Access Plan, Approval & Autonomy Policy, Measurement Plan and First 90-Day Priorities.
Stage 2 of 8
Goal intake
You or Strategos create a measurable goal with an owner, timeframe, constraints, KPI and approved data sources. AI can draft the wording and measurement plan, but a strategic goal never activates without human approval.
Stage 3 of 8
Planning and delegation
Strategos creates the brief, dependencies and task graph, and shows exactly which agents are involved and why. Nothing is delegated invisibly.
Stage 4 of 8
Parallel execution
Specialists produce normalized outputs: Scout's research memos, Wordsmith's copy, Seeker's search briefs, Pixel's creative packages, Flow's pages, GrowthTrack's campaign builds, Socialite's lifecycle flows, Nexus's tracking and routing.
Stage 5 of 8
Independent assurance
Guardian checks brand, claims, facts, policy and release readiness. Metric independently validates measurement and evidence. Neither reports to the executing specialist.
Stage 6 of 8
Approval
The P0-P4 model decides what runs automatically and what waits for a human. Approval requests arrive as complete packets: what, why now, risk tier, preview, evidence, QA result, impact of approve / reject / delay, rollback plan and an expiration time.
Stage 7 of 8
Controlled execution
Approved actions execute through scoped integration access with spend and action limits enforced independently of the agent. The approval is bound to the exact action - a changed payload invalidates it.
Stage 8 of 8
Measure and learn
Metric validates the data and states confidence and limitations. Strategos decides scale, hold or stop. The system records what was learned and the next action - so the department improves with every cycle.
Interactive workflow demo
Walk through one real workflow
Step through how a single goal - qualified conversations for a technical-services webinar - moves through the department. Sample data, clearly labelled.

Goal intake
You or Strategos create a measurable goal with an owner, timeframe, constraints, KPI and approved data sources. A strategic goal never activates without human approval.
Input example
Generate qualified conversations for a technical-services webinar.
- Handed to
- Strategos
- Inputs
- Goal, ICP, approved knowledge base, constraints
- Activation
- Only after human approval
Next step
Strategos receives the goal and creates the campaign brief.
Step 2 of 5
Plan
Strategos creates the brief, dependencies and task graph, and shows exactly which agents are involved and why. Nothing is delegated invisibly.
Strategos Completed
Receives the goal and creates the campaign brief
- Inputs
- Goal, ICP, approved knowledge base, constraints
- Output preview
- Campaign brief with task graph and owners
Next step
Scout validates the audience.
Step 3 of 5
Execute
Specialists produce normalized outputs. In this sample run, six specialists work from the brief:
- ScoutValidates audience and pain pointsCompletedOutput: Audience validation memo with evidence
- WordsmithCreates the messaging and campaign copyCompletedOutput: Messaging kit: invite copy, emails, social variants
- PixelProduces creative assetsCompletedOutput: Design package: banners, social cards, slides
- FlowBuilds the landing page and registration formCompletedOutput: Staging landing page with validated form
- GrowthTrackPrepares the promotion campaignCompletedOutput: Campaign build in draft, pacing plan
- NexusConfigures tracking and lead routingCompletedOutput: Tracking + routing configured and tested
Next step
Guardian runs release preflight.
Step 4 of 5
Approve
Guardian checks brand, claims, facts and release readiness. The P0-P4 model then decides what runs automatically and what waits for a human.
- GuardianChecks brand, claims, facts and release readinessQA passedOutput: QA decision: PASS with 2 minor revisions applied
- You (client approver)Approves the budget and external launch, from an approval packet: preview, impact, rollback plan, expiryHuman decisionOutput: P3 approval granted - action-specific and expiring
Next step
Metric measures outcomes.
Step 5 of 5
Measure
Metric validates the data and states confidence and limitations. Strategos decides scale, hold or stop.
Metric Measured
Reports outcomes and confidence
- Inputs
- Registrations, attendance, pipeline, attribution model
- Output preview
- 41 qualified registrations · confidence: medium · next action proposed
Next action
Strategos decides scale / hold / stop.
