How to use the B2B Schema JSON-LD Generator

  1. Step 1

    Enter your entity fields

Add organization, service, local business and FAQ fields as needed. Invalid URL shapes are rejected.

  2. Step 2

    Toggle the types you need

Include Organization, Service, LocalBusiness and/or FAQPage. Incomplete FAQ pairs are skipped.

  3. Step 3

    Update JSON-LD

Assemble well-formed JSON in your browser. The banner states this is assembly, not Schema.org validation.

  4. Step 4

    Copy, download, or script

Copy JSON-LD, download .json, or copy a script snippet. Reset restores the EXAMPLE.

Your schema inputs

The form starts empty. Pick the Schema.org types you need; only checked types are generated, and only when they have enough data. Select Load example to see a fictional MSP (Lakeshore IT Partners).

  • EXAMPLE: Lakeshore IT Partners is fictional. Replace every field with your own company facts.
  • ASSUMPTION: You supply accurate names, URLs, and FAQ answers that match visible page content when you publish. FAQ answers in the markup must match the FAQ content shown on the page.
  • TYPES: Organization, Service, FAQPage, LocalBusiness only. No Offer, Review, or AggregateRating in this tool.
  • GOAL: Machine-readable clarity. Not a promise of Google rich results.

Methodology

Version: schema-generator-2026-10-05. Pure client-side JSON assembly from your inputs. No network calls for generation. No invented company facts beyond the clearly labeled EXAMPLE defaults.

  1. Emit a single document with @context: https://schema.org and an @graph array of the checked types.
  2. Organization: name, url, logo, description, telephone, email, sameAs, optional legalName, foundingDate, and PostalAddress when address parts are present.
  3. Service: name and serviceType from the service type field, description, provider Organization (provider name or shared name), areaServed.
  4. LocalBusiness: shared identity fields plus PostalAddress (addressCountry defaults to CA), optional openingHours and priceRange. MSP-friendly address and hours fields.
  5. FAQPage: mainEntity is an array of Question nodes, each with acceptedAnswer Answer.text. Support 2 to 5 Q/A pairs. Incomplete pairs (empty question or answer) are skipped.
  6. Stable @id values use the website URL plus a fragment (#organization, #service, #localbusiness, #faq) when a URL is present.
  7. Empty optional strings are omitted from the JSON. sameAs lines are trimmed and empty lines dropped.
  8. This tool does not emit Offer, Review, or AggregateRating. Output is for clarity and structured data hygiene, not rich-result promises.
  9. Share state via query string keys for name, url, types, and a compact JSON blob of the remaining fields.

Implement and check

  1. Copy the JSON-LD and paste it into a <script type="application/ld+json"> block in the page <head> (or your CMS schema field).
  2. Confirm FAQ question/answer text here matches the FAQ visitors see on the page.
  3. This output is assembled JSON. It is not a Schema.org validator result and does not prove factual accuracy.
  4. External check: Google Rich Results Test (https://search.google.com/test/rich-results) and Schema Markup Validator (https://validator.schema.org/).
